I take a comprehensive, authoritative approach to confidence; approaching it from both an Outer Game and an Inner Game perspective. The Inner Game of Confidence Course lays the foundation for you to really leverage the techniques and insights that will be offered in the Outer Game of Confidence. 

When we think of confidence, most people think of it as an outward projection of how you Speak Up and how you Show Up - that creates perceptions of a grounded, capable, confident individual.

However,  confidence is really an inside-out event and having a strong inner-game is the critical piece to get to the root of confidence.

Additionally, many of us have unconscious speaking habits that negatively impact our message, undermine our authority and negatively impact the perceptions others have of us. I refer to these as Power Leaks of communication.  There are very specific ways that we undermine our message and our credibility AND  there are very specific ways we can turn Power Leaks into Power Plays by communicating with more intention and gaining a few skills to communicate with confidence.
